At Packages, we are committed to developing our first-time managers, and recently concluded our “License to Lead” training session with great success! The program led by Shakeel Mapara equipped our managers with essential leadership skills, focusing on building trust and rapport within their teams to enhance communication.

Participants learned effective delegation techniques to empower team members, along with strategies for providing constructive feedback and managing common challenges like conflict resolution and diverse teams. We’re excited to see the positive impact this training will have on our leadership capabilities!
