Packages Group conducted a full-day training session on Root Cause Analysis by Mr. Naeem Shahzad from PIQC, with participation from over 30 team members across our Lahore and Kasur Energy Teams. The session was designed to strengthen our Energy Management System (EnMS) by equipping participants with structured problem-solving tools to address recurring inefficiencies and operational issues. Techniques covered included the 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). By enhancing our teams’ capability to identify and eliminate root causes of energy-related losses, this training supports our long-term goals of improved energy performance, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
