Packages Group conducted its annual awareness session in collaboration with the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH), engaging 55 management personnel from across functions including HR, Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Legal, and more.
Building a respectful and inclusive workplace begins with awareness and shared responsibility. We were honored to have Ms. Lubna Ali, Regional Head – Lahore Office, FOSPAH, lead the session. With over three decades of judicial experience, she shared valuable insights on legal frameworks, organizational responsibility, and fostering safe workplaces. Noor Fatimah, Assistant Law Officer at FOSPAH Lahore, complemented this with practical guidance on implementation. We were also pleased to have Syeda Henna Babar Ali join the session.
The discussion reinforced our commitment to the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, and the importance of building a culture grounded in respect, accountability, and trust.
