Packages Group’s Mid-Year Sustainability Review, centered around the theme “Delivering on Commitments: Tracking Progress, Driving Results.”
The conference brought together sustainability and business leaders from across the Group, including Packages Convertors Limited (PCL), Bulleh Shah Packaging Pvt. Ltd. (BSP), Packages Mall, Starch Pack (Pvt.) Ltd., OmyaPack Pvt. Ltd., DIC Pakistan Limited, Hoechst Pakistan Limited, and Packages Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, to assess our collective progress and strengthen our commitment towards a more sustainable future.
The review covered key sustainability pillars and decarbonization levers, including Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions, Energy & Resource Efficiency, Waste & Circularity and Water Stewardship.
In the presence of the Group’s CEO, each company shared its progress, achievements, challenges, and the innovative practices being implemented to drive measurable impact. The discussions reflected not only our commitment to sustainability but also the power of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability in accelerating results.
It was particularly encouraging to see strong female representation among the presenters, with nearly 28% of the speakers being women. Their participation reflects our ongoing commitment to SDG 5: Gender Equality and highlights the growing contribution of women in driving sustainability, innovation, and leadership across the Group.
It was an inspiring day filled with energy, meaningful dialogue, and a shared determination to turn our sustainability commitments into tangible outcomes.
As we move into the second half of 2026, we remain focused on driving impact, scaling best practices, and delivering on our sustainability ambitions across the Group.
