Targeted Gender Sensitization & Capability Building program
We’re pleased to share that we’ve officially concluded our Targeted Gender Sensitization & Capability Building program, titled “Clarity, Accountability, Credibility”, conducted by the Sustainability team, marking the close of a five-batch training series delivered across the first two quarters of 2026 for female executives in the Lahore and Kasur clusters.
The program covered professional conduct, harassment law, reporting mechanisms, and confidence-building, training 120 women in total – because creating a safer, respectful, and inclusive workplace means giving every woman the tools to take her place with confidence and presence.
It stands as one strand of the Group’s broader gender equality strategy, spanning leadership accountability, workplace safety, and capability-building at every level.
