A training session on “Effective Communication Skills” was organized at of Packages Group

A 2-day training session on “Effective Communication Skills” was organized for the technical staff of Packages Group in collaboration with Ali Institute of Education. The session focused on the importance of clear and concise communication in a business setting, conflict management and 21st-century skills. A couple of activities were planned around Presentation and Email Writing Skills to help boost the confidence of employees and to make their message more thorough and effective.
