A training on “ Protection Against Harassment of Women in the Workplace Act, 2010” was conducted at Packages Group

As part of Packages Group’s collaboration with Shirkat Gah – Women’s Resource Centre, two successful training sessions were recently held for middle management, focusing on the implementation of the Protection Against Harassment of Women in the Workplace Act, 2010. The goal was to raise awareness about diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and workplace harassment laws. A total of 89 participants from PCL, DIC, IGI, PREPL, and BSP attended the sessions, which covered key topics such as gender sensitization, harassment policies, and their effective implementation in the workplace.
