A WCM Town Hall was recently organized by the Business Unit Flexible Packaging (PCL) as a testament to the management’s ongoing commitment to World Class Manufacturing. The session focused on reinforcing the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) culture and amplifying pillar activities being driven on the shop floor.

Led by Mr. Khalid Abdul Quddus (Head of Packaging) and with continued support from Kamran Waheed (Group Head WCM), the event featured an engaging Q&A session with our operators and maintenance teams. The discussion fostered a deeper sense of ownership and accountability toward machine care – because at BUFP, we believe #MeriMachineMeriZimmedari.
