ACTS Conducted a Session on Bearing Witness: Voices Against Silence

This year’s final session, held in recognition of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, focused on the theme “Bearing Witness: Voices Against Silence.” It was a chance to listen, reflect, and speak out about the issues that too often remain hidden.

We were honored to welcome Fauzia Viqar, the Federal Ombudsperson for Protection Against Harassment at the Workplace. Her powerful words shed light on the realities of gender-based violence and showed us how we can take action to end the silence around it. Syeda Henna Babar Ali and Humaira Shazia were also part of the audience, adding their voices to this important conversation.
