Group IT Team went on an Away Day

What an adventurous 2-days with the Group IT team in the North!
The Away Day was facilitated by Mr. Shakeel Mapara who specializes in team-building and coaching practices. The entire IT team participated in various outdoor and indoor activities designed to enhance cohesiveness, ownership, and innovative mindset.
These activities helped the team identify and play on one another’s strengths to achieve the best possible results. Being a service-focused department, challenges were also crafted to hone indispensable skills for IT professionals such as being able to effectively sell ideas and service excellence.
