National Conference on Gender Equality

Packages Group attended the National Conference on Gender Equality organized by the United Nations Global Compact in Karachi. The session was very insightful and inspiring for women in the corporate sector. The session shed light on the importance of being accepted in society as a woman, of removing biases held about women, of breaking glass ceilings, of being recognized and rewarded based on merit and not only because they are female, etc., and many other challenges that women face daily and have been facing since decades in Pakistan’s corporate industry.
