Our Management Trainee Officer (MTO) batch engaged in a transformative training session on “Service Excellence”, led by our Group Head of HR, Jawad Gilani! This workshop focused on practical strategies for elevating service standards and creating exceptional customer experiences. Participants explored key concepts like “Service Mindset,” which encourages a proactive approach to anticipating and exceeding customer needs, and “Service Leadership,” empowering them to inspire their teams toward a culture of excellence.
Equipped with actionable tools and strategies, our MTOs are eager to boost service delivery, and customer satisfaction, and set new benchmarks for excellence.
