At Packages, we believe in not just bringing new talent on board but also ensuring they seamlessly integrate into our culture. Recently, we conducted a dynamic training session for our MTO batch, focusing on “Assimilating Yourself in the Organization” led by Shakeel Mapara.

The session was more than just presentations and discussions—it featured engaging outdoor interactive activities designed to foster team spirit, enhance communication skills, and deepen their understanding of our organisational values. From problem-solving challenges to collaborative activities, our MTOs had the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
