As part of Packages Group’s ongoing Anti-Harassment Training initiative with Shirkat Gah – Women Resource Centre, a dedicated session was convened in September for committee members across Packages Group Companies. These bodies are not merely procedural; they serve as guardians of fairness, ensuring that every case is heard with discretion, integrity, and respect for the dignity of all involved.
In September, inquiry committee members from across the Group companies came together for a session led by Ms Nausheen Ahmed, a barrister with over three decades of experience across sectors. She reminded us that dealing with harassment cases is never straightforward; it requires empathy for those who come forward and the discipline of fair process.
