Supervisory Skills Training for Engineers

Since the factory environment has entirely different dynamics and challenges, a dedicated 1-day training program was organized for engineers who have assumed a managerial role for the first time in their careers.
The training aimed to help them understand their responsibilities as a manager/ leader while delivering 100% targets and maintaining a certain level of engagement among the workforce.
Our First-Time managers also practised their decision-making and counselling skills through various case studies and role-play activities.
