Supervisory Skills Training for First-Time Managers
A One-day program focusing on Supervisory Skills was organized for First-Time Managers to equip them with the essential managerial skills required to lead a team.
The training took them through a journey from being an individual contributor, to being a people manager, and finally becoming a leader to help them realize how their responsibilities change with each stage and how they must adapt.
Various role-play activities helped the trainees understand the learning curve of an employee as an individual contributor and the responsibilities a leader is required to assume during each phase to develop his/ her subordinates.
